(This was one key component in the overall arts and culture strategy developed for the County overall.)
Lennox & Addington County Library Review (2017)
With the St. Clements Group we undertook a review of the Lennox & Addington Library System. This involved a detailed review of library utilization statistics and well as various cost parameters across the multi-branch library system. The recommendations, since adopted, were to close some marginal and poorly-utilized branches while at the same time expanding and repositioning other branches in to regional community hubs.
