Lake Charles Chapter held it 43rd year anni-
versary with a rededication ceremony and a Founders’
Luncheon on Sat., Feb. 4, at Pat’s of Henderson restau-
rant. The theme was, “TLOD Moving Forward.”

ton. She recounted the organization’s rich past and sig-
nificant accomplishments since being launched by the
chapter organizers, the late Lady Rupert R. Clemons
and the late Lady Thelma C. LaPice, and 18 charter
members. Collectively, they laid the foundation for an
effective and thriving local TLOD organization.
