Spring-Cypress Chapter Top Ladies and Top Teens participated in this years St. Jude Children Walk in

Houston, Texas since the charter of the chapter on January 6, 2018. The chapter raised $205 donated to St. Jude.

Suburban Bayou City Chapter (SBCC) Top Ladies, Teens, and Lords joined our Community Part-

ner, Windsor Houston Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for its annual Spring Carnival. The Center is located in
the heart of the Acres Homes community of Houston, Texas and the staff hosts this fun event annually for its
residents and local pre-school guests.

This is the 4th year that SBCC has volunteered to assist the staff and delight the Seniors during the Spring Carni-
val. Top Ladies were excited to participate in the recreation and

crafts with the young and the young-at-heart. The Ladies also
served refreshments and distrib- uted baskets and candy bags to

everyone. The Top Teens were very creative in preparing the
baskets and candy bags in ad- vance that brought smiles to

many in attendance. The candy was graciously donated by the
Maple Leaf Masonic Lodge #147, another community part-

ner of SBCC.

In addition, it’s Spring and Top Ladies wanted to help restore
the beauty of the lawn after a hard winter. The Community
Beautification Thrust arranged to beautify and enhance the
grounds of the Center by donat- ing and planting Easter Lilys in
the flower garden (Keep America Beautiful).
