The National Nominating Committee shall make available applications or official nominating forms to
each chapter by October 30 of the even numbered year.

The candidate must submit the official nominating form/application to the National Nominating
Committee post-marked or electronically date-time stamped (as indicated in the National Nominations

Process) by December 31 of the even numbered year.
The candidate must submit only the documentation as requested in the National Nominations Process.
Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
The National Nominating Committee reviews candidates’ credentials post-marked or electronically

date-time stamped (as indicated in the National Nominations Process) by December 31 of the even
numbered year. The review must be completed by March 31 of the odd numbered year.

Candidates are notified in writing by the National Nominating Committee of their eligibility status by
April 15 of the odd numbered year.

Candidates, after being officially notified in writing by the National Nominating Committee of eligibility
status, may send ONE form of solicitation to the membership during the months of May or June.
Candidates shall be named in an official bulletin generated by the National Nominating Committee. The
official National Nominating Committee bulletin will be available electronically to each chapter thirty (30)
days prior to Syn-Lod.
The National Nominating Committee shall deliver to the Election Committee the prepared official ballot.
