Intended Usage The intended usage of the extracting unit is defined in the
technical data of this user manual. Without the agreement of the
manufacturer the ACD TD is not allowed to be used for other
purposes. Unauthorized reconstructions or changes of the ACD
TD are prohibited due to safety reasons.

The gases and vapours produced during processing are
detrimental to health. According to the statutory regulations for
keeping the air clean at working places, those substances must be
removed from the breathing air. This ACD TD extracting and
filtering unit extracts the contaminated air directly from the place of
origin and cleans it. Due to its robust design, this unit is excellently
suitable for commercial use.
This Extracting and Filtering unit ACD TD is suitable for extracting
and filtering of dry and not inflammable gases and vapours out of
nonexplosive gaseous atmospheres, which are produced during
printing.
Any further usage will no longer be in accordance with the
intended purpose. We shall not be liable for any damage resulting
from such usage.

Safety note:
In particular, do not use the unit for:

- the extraction of liquids;
- the extraction of explosive concentrations of gases,
vapours, or dusts;
- the extraction of carcinogenic and/or toxic gases,
vapours or dust in circulatory air operation.
- Do not suck in any ignition sources.

Perform maintenance and repairs at regular intervals in
accordance with the instructions given on page 18. It is mainly
restricted to checking and changing the filter elements at regular
intervals.

Please note the following:
This ACD TD extracting and filtering unit may only be used,
maintained and up kept by persons who are familiar with the
system and have been informed on possible hazards. They must
be aware of the intended usage and this Operating Instructions
Manual.

The relevant regulations for the prevention of accidents and other
generally established rules concerning safety and industrial
medicine must be kept.
Any unauthorized modifications to the system will rule out any
liability in case of damage resulting thereof.
