A Basketball Game
James and Mark are twin brothers and they are eleven years old. They love playing lots of
different sports: in the winter, they play ice hockey at their local ice rink with their friends
and in summer, they love to play tennis at their city’s tennis club. However, one sport they
have never tried before is basketball!
One day, James was reading a book and Mark was watching television in the living room
when they saw an advert for a basketball game. Lots of famous teams and players were
going to play in their city! How exciting!
“Wow! That sounds really fun. James, do you want to go?” asked Mark.
“I don't know if I like basketball, but we can go to see if it's exciting,” replied James.
