One sunny morning, Eva felt very excited. She was going on a picnic with her

friends today! It was her first time, so she wanted everything to be perfect. She

got dressed in her favourite blue dress. She also put on her favourite trainers and
ran downstairs to prepare some food.

Her dad was in the kitchen. He was packing cheese sandwiches, some snacks and

a big bottle of fresh lemonade. “Eva, don’t forget to take a big blanket!” her dad
said. Eva ran quickly to her bedroom and put a big red blanket in her basket.

They went to the park. The weather was wonderful and the park was full of

colourful flowers. All her friends were waiting for Eva under a big tree. She put

the blanket on the grass and they started to put out the food. Kevin brought
a strawberry pie for dessert and Martha made a fresh fruit salad to enjoy

in the good weather. Julia brought all the plates and cups. They all had Eva’s

lemonade first. “This is delicious!” Kevin said.

After eating, Eva and her friends were playing some board games together. Then,

they played with a ball that Julia brought and ran around the park. Eva took a
lot of pictures to remember their first picnic together.
