UN Global Compact
In 2020, Xperien signed up to the UN Global compact. As a company we realise that corporate sustainability
starts with a company’s value system and as such we operate on an ethical basis. This requires us to
function in ways that will meet our fundamental responsibilities in the areas of human rights, labour,
environment and anti-corruption. We incorporate the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into
strategies, policies and procedures. This helps us meet our basic responsibilities to people and the planet,
but also helps us to understand topic materiality, setting the stage for our long-term sustainability and
success.
The Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact are derived from: the Universal Declaration of
Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at
Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the United Nations Convention Against
Corruption.
