Enterprise Development Green Device
With our longevity and track record in the provision of ITAD As part of our Enterprise Development, we sponsored Green
services, we have taken the opportunity to partner with upcoming Device’s successful bid to getting ISO 14001. Green Device is a
Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) for mentorship in company within our vicinity that seeks to provide legislative-
ITAD. Our net spend on Enterprise Development in 2021/2022 was compliant eWaste disposal services.

Basadi eWaste
Basadi eWaste is a women-owned, black-owned eWaste disposal company. Based in Pretoria North, Basadi eWaste is comprised
solely of black females ranging from the ages of 24 to 35. Xperien identified it as a budding enterprise in 2021, and we have since
facilitated its enterprise development.
The primary services that Basadi provides include eWaste collection, IT Asset Disposition, Ancillary Waste Collection and Industrial
Waste Collection.
The training given to Basadi e-Waste included:
• The history of eWaste and ITAD in SA
• Corporate imaging and marketing
• Corporate relationship management
• Administration and Document Control
• White labelling “Destroy data service”
