RETURNS POLICY:
Please email Accounts Receivable at rarequest@abc-clio.com
within 30 days for return authorization if you are not completely
satisfied. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Order By Phone
Once approved, returns must be received in saleable condition 800-368-6868
for full credit or refund. Allow 8-10 weeks for processing. 7:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m. PST
Claims regarding shortages, or damaged or defective materials
must be made within 30 days of receipt. Non-receipt of an order

Accepted returns will be credited to your account. Requests for

Canadian orders please add 10% (with a minimum charge of abc-clio.com
$12.00) of the net invoice total for shipping and handling. Unless
otherwise noted, we ship UPS Ground.
