智 Wise 的最高修為是不惑 Confuse；
仁 Kindness 的最高修為是不憂 Worry；

勇 Brave 的最高修為是不懼 Fear。

人要是明白真正做人的真正目的，便會提高生活中的自我要求，而坦然面

對人生的喜樂，少庸人自擾，鍛鍊出大無畏的真勇氣，去面對遭遇的困頓與考
驗。

The wise are free from perplexities; the virtuous from anxiety; and

the bold from fear.

節自《麥克阿瑟將軍為子祈禱文 》～

1、Build me a son, O Lord, 主啊！請陶冶我兒子

（1）who will be strong enough to know whenhe is weak,

他成為一個強者，知道自己什麼時候是軟弱的
（2）and brave enough to face himself when he is afraid;

他成為一個勇者，在畏懼的時候認清自己，謀求補救

（3）one who will be proud and unbending in honest defeat, and

humble and gentle in victory.

他在誠實失敗之中，自豪而不屈，獲得成功之際，謙遜而溫和
2、Give him humility, so that he may always remember

請賜給他謙遜，使他可以永遠記住

（1）the simplicity of greatness, 真實偉大的樸實無華

（2）the open mind of true wisdom, 真實智慧的虛懷若谷

（3）themeekness of true strength.真實力量的溫和蘊藉
3、Then I, his father, will dare to whisper, "I have not lived in vain". 然

後，作父親的我，才敢低聲說道：「我已不虛此生！」
