INSTRUCTIONS



           1.  Preheat to 375°F.

           2.  Cook pasta 2 min shy of package.


           3.  Sauté onion, sausage, carrots, zucchini in oil.
              Add garlic.


           4.  Stir in marinara.

           5.  Mix with pasta & ricotta.


           6.  Pour in dish, top with mozzarella & Parmesan.

           7.  Bake 25–30 min.








               ✅ Grate veggies finely so they “disappear”
               for picky eaters.

                  Make two pans—freeze one for later.
               Disposable foil pans are great for this!

                  Kids can help layer pasta and sauce.
