Overnight Oats







           INGREDIENTS                                                INSTRUCTIONS


           •   ½ cup rolled oats                                1.  Mix oats, chia, milk and yogurt in jar. Top with

           •   ½ cup milk (any kind your family prefers) or         a Tablespoon yogurt, honey and your favorite
              yogurt                                                fruit
           •   1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)                     2.  Chill overnight in the fridge.
           •   Sweetener/honey                                  3.  Add crunchy toppings in the morning. (nuts,

           •   Fruit                                                seeds, granola, toasted coconut etc.)



                                                                       Prep 4–5 jars at once for the week.


                                                                       Kids can help stir and add fruit.
