from the days before, or add in cooked
sausage
7. Check the seasoning and adjust if necessary
8. Add more fat if its sticking a lot
9. Create six “wells” in potato, veggie meat mix.
Add 1 egg to each well and sprinkle with S&P
10. Bake 20-25 min until egg are cooked to your
liking
11. Sprinkle with shredded cheese
