Jar Salads (Family-



           Friendly)






           Layer in wide-mouth jars:


           •   Bottom: 2 tbsp dressing

           •   Hard veggies (carrots, cucumbers, bell
              peppers)


           •   Grains (quinoa, pasta, rice)

           •   Protein (chicken, beans)


           •   Greens on top

           •   Soft veggies like tomatoes on the very top




           INSTRUCTIONS
                                                                Wraps & Roll-Ups

           1.  Layer ingredients in order.

           2.  Seal and refrigerate.                            •   Turkey, cheese, spinach in tortillas


           3.  Shake before serving.                            •   Peanut butter & banana roll-ups
