Batch-Made Egg Salad
INGREDIENTS
Perfect for quick sandwiches or cracker
• 8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped snacks.
• ⅓ cup mayo
• Salt & pepper to taste My no fail boiled eggs – place a dozen
eggs in a sauce pan, cover with cold water,
place on stove on medium high heat. When

minutes. When the timer goes off move
