     Wednesday
                                      Grilled Steak Night
           INGREDIENTS                                                INSTRUCTIONS
           •   1.5–2 lbs any steak you like….we usually go for   1.  Mix marinade; marinate steak 30 min–8 hrs
              flank, skirt, tri tip or rib eye steak                in a zip loc bag. (you can freeze like this and
           •   ¼ cup olive oil                                      simple defrost on any day you like)
           •   2 tbsp soy sauce                                 2.  Heat grill to medium-high.
           •   2 tbsp lime juice                                3.  Grill 4–5 min per side for flank or skirt.
           •   2 garlic cloves, minced                          4.  Rest 5 min before slicing.
           •   1 spring fresh rosemary
           •   Salt & pepper
