                  Lemon Roasted Chicken, roasted
                   baby potatoes, steamed broccoli
           INGREDIENTS
           •   1 whole chicken (or ~4 lbs bone-in parts)
           •   2 lemons, halved
           •   2 tbsp olive oil + 1 Tbs for potatoes
           •   2 tsp salt + 1 tsp for potatoes
           •   1 tsp black pepper + ½ tsp for potatoes
           •   1 tbsp herbs de Provence, or fresh or dry
              thyme + 1 tsp for potatoes
           •   1# small yellow or red potatoes
           •   1 large head of broccoli or 1 bag of florets (or
              whatever veg you actually like!)
