                       Sheet Pan Salmon with Green



                                       Beans & Potatoes







           INGREDIENTS                                                INSTRUCTIONS


           •   4 salmon fillets                                 1.  Preheat oven to 400°F.
           •   1 lb baby potatoes cut into quarters             2.  Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp oil, salt, pepper;

           •   1 lb green beans, snipped                            roast 15 min.
           •   3 tbsp olive oil                                 3.  Add green beans, salmon with remaining oil,

           •   1 lemon, slice in half. Use half to squeeze          seasonings, top salmon with lemon slices.
