“My great concern is she is focused on what Pita
said about this being a jumping off place where Souls
join their ancestors. I fear that she misunderstood and
is thinking of actually jumping off the cape to join her
parents."

Hearing these words Anne Marie, who initially
began wondering if the Professor might be a bit loony
when he mentioned a vision, now realized that both he
and Nana Grace might be right. She did not know what
else to do but to follow these people. What else could
she do, where else could she go, except to the police.
Now that was a thought, but where could she find one
in the middle of nowhere?

A caravan of cars assembled and the race to get to
me had started. . . . .
The Professor went with Pita in his truck, Aroha
had Nana Grace in her car and Anne Marie insisted on
her and Joel taking their rental car.

As their race to get me began, I had already arrived
at the Cape. It was getting dark and I was emotionally

drained, but somehow I managed to find the exact spot
of Pita’s photo. I had arrived at the most northern point
on the Aupori Peninsular at the top of New Zealand’s
north island. I was at Cape Reinga “the leaping place of
spirit”.
