        the Innovation Award at UM Law’s Health Rights Clinic, which is a medical-legal part-
        nership with the UM Miller School of Medicine. He is a Distinguished Military Graduate
        (DMG) of Tulane University and holds a Masters in Health Administration from Baylor
        University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Denver, and a
        Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
