Stamp Tool

In Tux Paint, the Stamp tool is basically a

collection of various designed pictures Stamp tool

already present. The pictures are arranged
with various categories such as:

8 animals 8 plants

8 fruits 8 vehicles, etc. Left or Right Arrows

Such pre-designed pictures can be easily

inserted in the drawing on the drawing

canvas and can be further changed in
order to complete the whole drawing.

To see the different types of stamps present in the Stamp Tool, we use left or
right arrow keys.

As seen, the Stamp Control tools are located at the right hand side bottom

of the Selector box. With the help of the Stamp Control icons, you can flip the
stamps vertically or the stamp’s mirror image can be created or the size of the

stamp can be increased or decreased.
To use the Stamp tools, follow the steps shown :

Step 1 : Select the Stamp tool from the tool box.

Step 2 : Scroll down various categories with the help of left or right arrows

to select the required stamp.

Step 3 : Select the suitable stamp by clicking on it.

Step 4 : Click on the place at the
drawing canvas area where

you want to put the selected

stamp. You will see the
required stamp on the canvas

as shown.
