                                           EDITING THE WORD DOCUMENT


            Selecting and changing the size of a text

            To  edit  and  format  the  text,  first  we  need  to  select  it.  Selection  means
            choosing the text. The most common method of selecting a text is to click and

            drag the mouse over the text you want to select. The selection highlights the
            text.


            8    Changing the size of a text.

                  1.    Select the text by putting the cursor in the
                        beginning of the text and drag to at the end.

                  2.    Choose  the  desired  size  by  clicking  on  the

                        arrow  besides  the  Font  Size  box  in  Font

                        group from Home          tab.

            Copying and Moving

                  Moving  means  to  remove  (cut)  the
                  selected  text  or  graphic  from  one  place  Did You Know?

                        text and press Ctrl+V        .
