          from our food. Let’s look which elements do we take in our food.

                               Vitamin A           :   Sweet  potatoes,  cheese,  carrots,

                                                       eggs, spinach

                               Vitamin B           :   Cheese,  eggs,  green  vegetables,

                                                       milk, meat

                               Vitamin C           :   Strawberries,  oranges,  lemons,

                                                       amla, tomatoes

                               Vitamin D           :   Butter, milk, egg yolks, sunrays, fish
                                                       oil

                               Vitamin E           :   Almonds,  green  vegetables,  maize,

                                                       sunflower seeds

                               Vitamin-K           :   Kiwi,  cabbage,  spinach,  broccoli,

                                                       turnip

                               Protein             :   Milk, pulses, beans, eggs, meat, fish,
                                                       peanuts, soybeans
