Promote retail sales online by offering heavily
discounted goods for sale on a website but restricting
the time each customer can spend browsing and
purchasing to a couple of minutes. An individual visiting
the site would be clocked-in, timed-out and refused
entrance again for the duration of the online sale. The

171result would be similar to a trolley dash as customers
sought to fill virtual baskets with bargains and
complete credit card transactions before being locked
out. Customers could earn extra time in the store by
referring friends to the site.

Manufacture tyres with fluorescent paint injected into
them at the level of legal tread. Worn tyres would show
in a different colour and be easily noticed by either the
owner or the relevant authorities.
