Talk to a desktop publisher and agree on a price to
produce a newsletter once a month. Print it out on a laser
printer on nice paper and start sending it out. Ask your
customers if they like it and develop the newsletter based
on their feedback. Try and get your suppliers to pay the
costs.
If you don’t know where to start, try to find a newsletter
that you like the look of and see if you can adapt it to
your needs. An important tip here is to be careful about
overcommitting your time. It is better to do a newsletter
every three months religiously than to say you will bring
it out monthly and then not be able to because of other
commitments or a lack of information.
