Hollow ceiling anchor

• ‘Easy’ hollow ceiling anchor with general building approval Z-21.1-
1785
• Specifically for use in prestressed concrete hollow ceiling panels
• Simple and flexible in application
• Also approved where the expansion area is not within a hollow cavity
• For use with off-the-shelf screws or threaded rods
• Tested by VdS (VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH, Cologne), approved
for mounting sprinkler systems (M8 – M12)
• Fire protection tested R30 – R120
Application examples:
• Suspended items in the heating, sanitary and ventilation sector, sus-
pended ceilings, other attachments with threaded rods or screws
Notes:
• The screws must have threads long enough to expand the anchor
securely
• Preferably, screws conforming to DIN 933 / DIN EN ISO 898 should
be used
• The required screw length is derived from the „minimum screw
length“ and the height of the component to be attached
• M6 screws must have a strength rating of at least 8.8, and M8 – M12
of at least 5.8
