Bolt anchor BZ, Galvanized Steel

• With European technical certification ETA-99 / 0010, option 1 for
concrete with and without cracks (tensile and compression zones)
• Dowel for wide range of applications
• Bolt anchor BZ unites high permissible loads with low edge clearan-
ces and axial spacing
• Easy setting process: Drill hole, insert dowel, tighten, the expansion
clip is expanded after the BZ bolt anchor is hammered in by tighte-
ning of the hexagon nut, immediately loadable, ideal for pressure dis-
tribution, minimum slippage
• Ideal for moderately heavy and heavy loads
• Force-controlled expansion with high safety reserves
• Tested by VdS (German Association of Damage Insurers), approved
for the installation of sprinkler systems
• Approved for use under category C1and C2 seismic impacts (M10 –
M20, max. anchor length 210 mm)
• Fire protection tested R30 – R120
• Shock approval by the Office of Civil Defence, Bern
Application:
• Anchoring of moderately heavy to heavy loads in concrete: Supports, Mounting
steel girders, consoles, doors, railings, façade substructures
• Load range: 2.4 kN – 96.8 kN
• Concrete quality: C20/25 – C50/60
