Adhesive for Metal 2K-PU

• 2-component reactive adhesive for bonding metal with very good
adhesion to aluminium, wood, rigig-PVC and GRP
• Moisture and weather resistant
• Hard and tough
Applications:
• For bonding of aluminium corner angles and profiles in window,
container and automotive industry
• For the production of sandwich elements with PS-, PU-, PVC rigid
foam core
Processing:
• With duo-press gun 600 ml (Art.-No. 6010 0600 2) and static mixing
tube (Art.-No. 6870 8703)
• The surfaces to be bond must be clean and dry, as well as dust- and
grease-free
• Usually metals must be pretreated, may be sanded
• Apply adhesive evenly to the parts to be bonded and join together
within the work time
• The bond can be slightly charged after 2 hours, final strength
reached after 24 hours
Cleaning:
• Clean tools immediately after use with FÖRCH Alu Cleaner Type 60
(Art.-No. 6870 8705). Hardened material can only be mechanically
removed.

e.g. + 30° C reduces the shelf life to 6 months
