Power Adhesive 2K-VA/AL K156

• Acrylic-based structural adhesive for many plated and unplated
metals and technical plastics, stainless steel, aluminium, glass,
ceramic, concrete etc...
• Replaces numerous mechanical connection and fastening methods
e.g. riveting, welding and soldering etc...
• Application metals: aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, magnesium,
light-metal alloys, steel, chrome steel, galvanised steel, copper,
brass, bronze and painted metals etc...
• Application plastics: SMC/RTM, polyester and epoxy, laminates,
phenol, resins, ABS, heavy PVC, polystyrene, PBT, PC, PMMA
• UV-resistant
• Temperature range -40 °C to +150 °C, short time to +170 °C
• High impact and racking resistance
• Working time: 6 to 10 mins. at +23 °C
• Do not process below 0 °C
• Resistant to diluted acids, alkaline substances, solvents, greases,
oils and moisture
• For adhesive gaps of 0.1 mm to 2 mm
Application:
• Parts to be bonded must be clean and grease free. If necessary,
roughen plastics prior to use.
• Open the seal and screw on the static mixing nozzle. Attach the
plunger to the end of the cartridge and apply using a commercially
available ‘skeleton gun’. Join parts together immediately and fix in
position. After use remove the nozzle and close the cartridge. The
components must not contact each other!

• High-power adhesive with extremely high power instant adhesion
• Ideal for using on parts of the bodywork such as ceiling, covers,
insulating boards etc.
• 6-way adjustable spray jet ranging from drop by drop to wide
application, excellently adheres roof interiors, artificial leather /
coverings, insulation sheets / mats, foam rubber, leather, cardboard,
paper, vinyl, wood, glass, rubber and metal as well as painted
surfaces
• Not suitable for polystyrene
• Colour: yellowish
Art.-No. 6400 4010 Spray Adhesive K147:
• Power adhesive with extremely high power instant adhesion
• Problem-free adhesion of internal roof linings, covers made out of
plastic leather / fabric, insulating boards, textiles, foam rubber,
leather, cardboard, polystyrene, vinyl, rubber etc.
• 6-way adjustable spray jet
• Suitable for polystyrene
• Colour: white
