PVC Adhesive

• For constructive connections by solvent-welding of PVC hard parts of
all types
• UV-resistant according to Xenon test DIN 53387
• Non-yellowing after expose to weather of more than 40 hours
• Good resistance against water, alcohol, oil and fuel
• No colour change at temperatures of up to +75 °C
• Physiologically harmless; with good chemical resistance
Fields of application:
• Especially profiled material such as drain strips, impact bars, sills
and shutter parts. Also suitable for bonding ABS (pipes, plates,
injection moulding parts). Not appropriate for PMMA and acrylic
surfaces.
Processing:
• The parts to be treated must be dirt and grease free
• Cleaning with FÖRCH PVC Cleaner Type 10 (Art.-No. 6870 8700)
• Apply PVC adhesive one-sided. Join the parts together after 30 – 60
seconds at the latest and fix them for 2 – 4 minutes. Remove
protruding adhesive after aeration using a scraper.
