Thread repair cutting bushings

• Self-cutting thread bushings with cutting slot for the manufacture and
repair of screw connections
• Highly resilient, wear-resistant and vibration-free in materials
• Particularly suitable for steel (up to 630 N/min² tensile strength), alu-
minium, aluminium and magnesium alloys, cast iron, bronze, bronze,
duroplast
• It is recommended to repair the removed work piece, debris can be
removed from underneath
• Highest pull-out resistance
• Smaller sizes are possible and therefore saves on material and
weight
• It is recommended to counter-bore in order to prevent warping and to
make the cutting easier Manual assembly with insertion tool and tap wrench:
• Insensitive to small blow holes
• Complies with the End Of Life Directive 2000 / 53 / EG and RoHS
2002 / 95 / EG
Material:
• Case hardened steel, chrome-plated blue passivated
Applications;
• Car, industry, equipment and appliance construction etc.
