3. GRIEVANCE/HRMS/UMID(PRCP/WP) CAMPS:

Grievance camps were conducted at LPI, VKB, TDU, KZJ, RDM
and BPA from Apr 2022 wherein 372 grievances were received,
320 were cleared and remaining under process and will be
completed by 15.11.2022. Grievance camps will be conducted
at SKZR, KZJ, & PDPL in the month of November, 2022.

4. DIGITISATION OF SRs:

Digitised copy of SR Compact Disc (CD) is being handed over
to the employees retiring from the service along with the
settlement papers on the day of retirement. The same is also
being mailed to the employee’s email id.

5. UPLOADING OF SENIORITY LIST ON SCR WEBSITE:

Seniority lists of 2022 of all categories of all departments have

been uploaded in the official website wherein employees can
view their seniority.

6. IMPLEMENTATION OF MACPS:

A total of 156 cases financial up gradations are ordered under
MACPS from 01.04.22 to 31.10.2022.

7. GRIEVANCES

372 Grievances have been received through various sources
from 01.04.2022 to 31.10.2022 and 319 cases have been
finalized and closed. 9 cases are under process and will be
redressed within 20 days.
