ASSISTANCE REQUIRED:
 A proposal for creation of 3posts of (CMS-2 & CMA-1) for increased
assets, after initial finance concurrence, DRM’s administrative

approval. The proposal forwarded to PCPO/SC Vide Lr. No. SCR/P-
SC/Authr/1651/COP/ELS/KZJ Dt: 12.07.2019. It was returned with
observations from FA&CAO office. With remarks, reply was sent to
HQRS. The proposal is pending at Head Quarters.

 A proposal for creation of 117 posts for increased assets, after initial

financial concurrence, DRM’s administrative approval. The proposal
forwarded to PCPO/SC Vide Lr. No. SCR/P-
SC/Authr/165/COP/ELS/KZJ Dt: 12.07.2019. PFA’s/SC Vide Lr. No.
AFE/EL/162/Pt.VI/302 Dt: 03.03.2020 has initially concurred for 20
Posts and the proposal is pending at head quarters.

 For creation of 12 new non-gazette posts, PCEE/SCR accorded

approval duly surrendering 17 Tech-III posts of DLS/KZJ. But, So far, it
has not been materialized. It is requested to provide matching
surrender from DLS/KZJ or from HQRS vacancy bank.
