2.3 HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (HRMS)

Employee Master and E-SR entries of all employees of
Secunderabad Division are fed in HRMS website.

e-Pass Module: A total of 48,807 e-Passes (Pass/PTO—48,025 &
PRCP/WP—782) were issued from Apr’22 to Oct’ 2022.

Office order module: A total of 426 orders (Promotion/Transfers—
243 ; New Joining—49; Exit orders—15 and Leave—119) were
issued from 01-04-2022 to 31-10- 2022.

e-PF Advance module: This module of HRMS was launched and

started working from 01.01.2021. The linking of HRMS with IPAS for
processing PF was completed. Physical processing of PF has been

stopped.

E-APAR: This module was launched and is operational from

Dec’2020. For the year 2020-21, E-APAR was processed and
employees of all Departments in SC Divn. were given access to
download E-APAR from HRMS module using their HRMS

credentials. During FY 2021-22 out of 19,097 APARS 18,803 APARs
were generated with a percentage of 98.7.

Form-16: Generating Form-16 with Digital Signature in IPAS
module without printing hardcopy thus saving material &
manpower.

Settlement Module: This module was already launched and
implemented, the cases of NR & ONR being processed in HRMS.
