OVERVIEW

Dora sits in her own small grounds. The gates give
access to a small, gravel parking area. There is also
plenty of street parking.

In the garden is a caravan to provide extra bedroom
space, a large summerhouse/ shed mostly used as
workshop and storage, and a brick built barbecue.
Soon there will be a Jacuzzi hot tub as well.

There is plenty of lawn space for sitting out and an
area of terrace with a sea view over the neighbouring
gardens

The accommodation is:
Kitchen diner, with loung area.
Living room with television, easy chairs and sofa bed.
Bedroom one, double. Leading to:
Small bedroom with single bed. Leading to:
Toilet with wash basin and fire exit. (Can be used as
toilet with access from garden/beach)
In the other direction from the living room:
Corridor with bedroom three. Single bed, pulls out to
double completely filling the compartment.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
Caravan with two small singles or one large double,
kitchen, toilet, shower.
