Bedrooms

Dora has three bedrooms. In the “south wing” is
Bedroom One with a queen sized double bed. It
is a bit shorter than normal to fit the narrow rail
carriage. It has open hanging space and cube
storage as well as under-bed storage. It shares
the beautiful marquetry of the living room
although some windows have been filled with
replica panels.

A glance at the ceiling mouldings shows
that this compartment has been shortened
to allow for Bedroom Two.
This is a single room accessed only
through Bed 1 or from outside. This is very
suitable for a child, but the bed is full sized
and could accommodate an adult. There is

a sliding door to a toilet with wash basin. This
room has a fire exit.

Leading of the living room to form the “north
wing” is a corridor compartment. This room is

furnished with a bed that can be single or
queen-size. When fully open it fills the
compartment. However, the corridor allows
changing space and also leads to the bathroom
with shower, toilet and wash basin and heated
towel rail
