Romanian Meatball Soup

Ingredients
Soup:

2 tbsp olive oil
1. In pan, over medium heat, sauté peppers and
3 medium carrots diced carrots until soft, add ketchup and stir slowly.

together. Form into small round meatballs.

3. Bring water to a boil in large pot. Slowly drop

meat residue surfaces.

5. Serve in a bowl garnished with sour cream and
1/2 lb ground beef parsley on top.
