Joe’s Meatballs
24 meatballs 40 minutes
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground veal
1/2 lb ground pork Directions
2 eggs 1. In large mixing bowl, lightly mix eggs, garlic,
1 cup grated pecorino milk, salt, and pepper. Add meat,
romano cheese breadcrumbs, cheese, and parsley.
2. With wet hands, mix all ingredients, adding
2-3 tbsp fresh chopped
1/2 cup water gradually, until all ingredients

1 large clove garlic, peeled, is not necessary, just enough to keep your
minced hands moist). Place in refrigerator to chill for
1/4 cup milk 10 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit, move

taste 4. Form meatballs with wet hands (bigger than
2 cups unseasoned panko a golf ball, smaller than a tennis ball), place
breadcrumbs on parchment lined baking sheet.
2 cups lukewarm water 5. Bake in oven until meatballs are browned, 25
- 30 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes,
add to your favorite sauce or gravy and
simmer for 2 hours.
