Guacamole                                Directions




        6 servings          20 minutes                    1. Start with perfectly ripe avocados. If too hard,
                                                            or over-ripe, results will be less than stellar.

                                                         2. Mash avocados leaving large chunks for best

                                                            consistency; don’t puree or over mash.

                                                       Guacamole is best when made fresh. If preparing

                                                       ahead of time, put pits in bowl with guacampole,

                                                       along with some cut up lime wedges and cover it
