Guacamole Directions
6 servings 20 minutes 1. Start with perfectly ripe avocados. If too hard,
or over-ripe, results will be less than stellar.
2. Mash avocados leaving large chunks for best
consistency; don’t puree or over mash.
Ingredients 3. Mix in juice of lime juice, red onion, jalapeño,
