Dad’s Spinach Stuffing
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.
Ingredients 2. In large pan, cook sausage over medium high
heat until browned.
2 bags herb stuffing 3. Chop celery and onion. Add to pan and sauté
1 lb ground italian sausage on low, until onion is translucent.
2 10 oz boxes frozen chopped 4. In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix, cooked
spinach, drained & squeezed sausage, cooked celery and onion, corn, broth,
parmesan, butter spinach, spices, and egg.
1 medium yellow onion
5. Place stuffing in baking dish (or inside
4 stalks celery turkey), cover with tin foil, bake in oven for 3
2 14.5 oz cans chicken broth hours. Remove tin foil and bake for
2 15.25 oz cans yellow corn additional 30 minutes.
2 cups shredded parmesan

1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
Spices to taste salt, pepper,
parsley, basil, and thyme
