Peruvian Lomo Saltado

    Ingredients



    lb sirloin steak cut in thin

    slices

    2 garlic cloves, minced                           Directions

    Salt and Pepper to taste

    3 tablespoons vegetable oil                          1. Season the beef with garlic, salt, and pepper.
