Plantain Piñón Directions
6 servings 1 hr 10 min 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Peel
plantains and cut each one lengthwise into
thin slices, from tip to tip.
Ingredients 2. In skillet, fry plantain slices until golden-
brown on each side. Then place on paper
