Dad’s Italian Beef              Directions


      8 servings                      1. Trim fat off of chuck roast, add to
      8 hours                           slow cooker.
                                     2. Add a jar of pepperoncinis, after
                                        removing the stems.
   Ingredients                        3. Add packet of onion soup mix.

                                     4. Cook 8 hours on low, until the
   4-5 lb. chuck roast                  meat falls apart.
   1 jar of pepperoncini,

   1 packet of dry Lipton           My Dad makes it for Christmas break every
   onion soup mix                   year and it is the perfect lazy meal while
                                    the family is spending time together.
