Spaghetti Pie                Directions


      6 servings                     1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
      1 hour                         2. Cook spaghetti and drain. Toss with
                                       butter. Stir in eggs and parmesan

                                       Combine ricotta cheese, parsley, and
   shredded                            basil. Spread mixture over spaghetti.

                                       remains. Drain any fat. Add tomatoes

                                       ricotta cheese.

   grated                              mozzarella and bake an additional 5
                                       minutes or until cheese is melted.
   1 cup ricotta cheese                Cool 10 minutes before serving
   2 tbsp parsley, chopped

   1/2 tsp basil
   1 lb lean ground beef
   1/2 small onion, diced
   1 14.5 oz can diced              Notes

   tomatoes                         For a healthier version with extra protein
   2 cups pasta sauce               make with zucchini noodles and add
                                    ground turkey to your sauce.
