I love SmartArt. It makes it easy to select templates and use graphics to organize and present information. But be

cautious. In many web conferencing platforms, PowerPoint doesn’t necessarily “play nice” with the platform.
Give yourself plenty of time to see if the PowerPoint deck is going to preserve the SmartArt image correctly when
uploaded.

You may have to take a screen shot of the
SmartArt image and use that instead of the
original SmartArt in your PowerPoint deck. You
don’t want to find that out five minutes before

your web workshop is set to begin.
