Arbor Chapter
Plant introduction: Chinese ash
Arbor, up to 12 meters high. Winter buds are ovoid
in dark brown. Branchlets grayish brown, glabrous
or yellow bearded With lenticel. The tree species has
upright shape, straight trunk, lush and bright green
branches and leaves, and orange leaves in autumn. It
is an excellent street tree and shade tree, and can be
used for lake bank greening and industrial and mining
area greening.
Quantity and distribution:
BBAC has nearly 2,000 Chinese ashes, which are
planted all over the plant area.
