WESTON PEICK
Weston Peick has climbed from the very bottom of the sport all the way to the top. It took
years for him to accomplish that feat but he never waivered and grinded the whole way. The southern California native was a relatively unknown rider as an amateur and never made a big impression on the factory teams and that led him to entering the professional ranks as a privateer. But growing up in southern California myself, I was able to watch Peick at the local races every weekend. I saw the fire and passion he had for the sport first hand as he would muscle the bike around and go for wins no matter what. He was one of my favorites to watch and I was actually kind of surprised when I didn’t see him on a factory ride when he went pro. He had to show the teams what he was capable of as
a privateer and he would go on to do just that over the course of years of hard work and dedication. Now a full time rider for
JGR, Peick is a consistent threat for top 10s in a very stacked 450 class.
