Alex Frye has quietly been logging in quite a solid season aboard his Troy Lee Designs Red Bull KTM. The young rookie from Maryland has finished inside the top ten three of the six rounds highlighted by a very impressive performance in Toronto where he came away with a
fourth place finish. In the three races that he did not finish in the top ten, crashes derailed his chances and he finished outside the top twenty all three times. But mistakes and troubles like that come with being a rookie and when he does manage to stay on two wheels for the entirety of the main events he is more than capable of dicing in the top ten. With only a few rounds left in the series, Frye will look to prove the doubters wrong and continue to finish inside the top ten and maybe even crack a top five again. All he needs to do is get great starts, and stay of the ground for fifteen solid laps.
