while. But Katrina has lost twenty-two pounds in the last three months, eats

GREMLIN MYTHS
From the few gremlins you’ve now met, you may have noticed that
gremlins tend to perpetuate myths about people, life, and the nature of the
universe. Often the myths they use to cloud our pure experience have been
around for so long and are so much a part of our existence that we are
unaware of them.
So that you might become sensitized to some of your own gremlin’s
myths, I have listed below a few of the most common hypnotic myths used
by gremlins I have met:
The natural you is unlovable and/or unacceptable.
To show sadness is to be weak, childish, unreliable, or
overly dependent.
Suffering is noble.
Fast is good and slow is bad.
Nice girls don’t enjoy sex.
Nice girls certainly don’t show that they enjoy sex.
To show anger is to be out of control, childish,
unprofessional, and/or sinful.
To express uncensored joy is to be silly or unprofessional.
Not acknowledging and/or not expressing emotions will
make them go away.
Not taking care of unfinished business will make it
disappear.
Men are better leaders than women.
More is better.
Less is better.
Worry has value.
Anxiety has value.
Guilt has value.
